Policies

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to all policies set forth by City Girl Studio.
*A $25 deposit is required upon booking for all new clients. Deposit goes towards the appointment.

New & Returning Clients: *Cancellations/ Reschedules must be made a minimum of 48hrs prior to appointment start time. Any Cancellations/ Reschedules less then 24hrs prior to appointment time results in a 50% service fee charged to the card on file. *Same day cancellations/ reschedules result in a 50% service fee of the service booked to the card on file. *No call/ No shows will result in 50% service fee charged to the card on file. *There are no refunds.

Late Policy: *All appointments are given a 15 minute grace period. *Any anticipated arrival after 15 minutes will result in cancellation of appointment and 50% service fee will be charged to card on file.
*Please no extra guests allowed.

Card On file: *A card on file is required at time of booking. It will not be charged unless booking policy is not adhered to. *All pre booking appointments made in person will require a card on file as well for no show protection.
